AI-Powered Port Calls,
Built on Singapore's OCEANS-X Standard.

PortCall.ai builds maritime AI on Singapore's OCEANS-X. We're live today with Nāvika — pilotage decision-support in daily use by pilots — and we extend outward across the port call from there. A port's own data, turned into the plan on the ground.

01 · Capabilities

Where AI meets the world's busiest port.

Six engineering primitives behind every PortCall.ai product — from the OCEANS-X integration layer to the responsible-AI framework aligned with AI Singapore's AIRI.

01 / Integration

Native OCEANS-X integration layer

System-to-system, not screen-scraped. Direct digital port clearance and live data streams from day one.

02 / Prediction

Predictive port-call AI engine

Probabilistic ETA and port-call forecasting, modelled on Singapore arrival data. In validation — hours, not days.

03 / Autonomy

Agentic AI agents

Booking, clearance, paperwork, follow-ups — handed off to agents that never sleep, fully auditable.

04 / Data fabric

Real-time data fabric

Live OCEANS-X data surfaces plus Australian port feeds — fused, normalised, and ready for downstream AI.

05 / Responsibility

Responsible AI framework

Aligned with AI Singapore's AIRI. Every decision time-stamped, explainable and reversible.

06 / Compliance

Enterprise security & compliance

ISO-27001 and SOC 2 in 2026. Data sovereignty between AU and SG by default, not by negotiation.

02 · Products

One platform. The pilot's brief, and everything around it.

Today it's Nāvika — our live pilotage decision-support suite, in daily use by real pilots. The platform extends outward from there into the wider port call.

Live beta · flagship

Nāvika — pilotage decision-support

In daily use by real pilots. Assembles each pilotage from a port's own data — pre-boarding brief, passage plan, UKC/tide window, Master/Pilot Exchange — across MPX, OPS, CREW, e-CHIT and the Portal. See Nāvika ↗

Roadmap

Digital Agency OS

The operating system for shipping agencies — booking, clearance, billing, agent–principal comms — replacing eight tools with one.

Roadmap

Bunker & Operations AI

AI for bunker quoting, slot booking, surveying and reconciliation. Built for Singapore's bunker complex, deployable everywhere.

Roadmap

OCEANS-X Connector

Plug-and-play middleware. Wire your existing TMS, ERP or agency software to OCEANS-X without rebuilding.

Roadmap

Maritime AI Readiness Toolkit

Self-serve audit, data-readiness scoring, and a roadmap to OCEANS-X integration — free for SSA members.

03 · OCEANS-X Alignment

Purpose-built for the April 2026 MPA–SSA launch.

On 21 April 2026 the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore and the Singapore Shipping Association launched OCEANS-X and the AI Adoption MOU. PortCall.ai was founded to operationalise both — on day one.

  • OCEANS-X-ready solution provider — direct system-to-system digital port clearance.
  • Live OCEANS-X data inside the suite — 12 live data surfaces across four apps today, with more of MPA's catalogue as we grow.
  • Singapore port profile modelled — 246 berths, 124 tugs and 315 recommended routes assembled from MPA's published sources.
